    the key issue with this camera is that its not reliable when it comes to recording. once it detects motion it'll stop recording randomly losing valuable moments. not a bad price point but for home security your better off buying something else. I sent customer service an email and sent me another camera but had the same issue with the new camera. ive had the camera for about a month tweaking with the settings and was disappointed.

    stupid product 👎🏿 just wasted my hard earned money… they don’t tell you till you buy and find out yourself that this only works on a lower internet connection. Almost every home here in the USA has a higher internet connection. I don’t get it. Why do you develop a product that behaves like something from the ice age? I want my money back 💪🏿I have spectrum with 5g but this only works with lower g’s, why didn’t you say that before I bought it. I’m so pissed.

    I have three other brands of Wi-Fi cameras and this one is the worst for setup. I have tried and tried and tried. Pisses me off because it shouldn't be this hard

    I have a strong wifi connection and have the camera basically ontop of the router. Still wont connect. I've reset it multiple times. Help….

    I just got the camera. I put 128 gb sd card on it, then plugged the power. I don't want to use cloud. SD card recording only…

    First red light came up, then it started red/blue blinking. So, it must be ready for recording. I waved my hand over 10 seconds, unplugged, took out the SD card.

    However, it was empty. It didn't record anything. Any ideas?
