Ronnie, the guy you always wanted to pick up and cuddle. I met him when I was sixteen and 6'2", one of nature's gebtlemen.

I met Ronnie Lane in the little coffee bar on Shrewsbury railway station can't remember what year it was he was sat in the corner drinking black coffee on his own I just put my thumb up and said hi Ronnie how's it going and he just smiled and nodded his head and then I went on my way England's Dylan by a country mile 😎

My dad got me into Ronnie and even though it’s probably not obvious, he’s been influential in my songwriting. A lovely man.

Sounds like Don Ardon doesn't know the meaning of "exploited".

Best music documentary I've seen in a very long time. Brilliant in fact, and if the BBC never showed it before, they should do so now, if they did they should show it again !
