Question, I have a similar model from the same company, the NVR in the front has an HD led light that blinks red, does it mean the hard drive is faulty? I have tried two different hard drives and it behaves the same, I no longer have the manual and I have emailed the company and I get no answer, thank you for the video, it’s great.

These things are utter pieces of shit. The software internally and used as VMS management is janky at best.
