Nice review of the Tasco camera. I like the 1 pic every 5 second setting myself. Up close objects are overexposed at night, but distance shots aren't bad. If I could change one thing about them, I would add a battery indicator. Important tip to store away in your mind. Two of my Tasco cameras stopped working recently. Cleaning all the battery terminals in the tray, springs inside the camera, and the batteries themselves with a Q-tip & white vinegar restored the cameras. I was about to toss them & consider them junk after about 1.5 years. Found this cleaning tip on youtube, & it worked!
Are these cameras anygood
If you will take a gallon plastic water or milk jug cut it and take a bungee cord and put it over the camera it will keep the water and snow and ice off of it and will make it last a long time.I have 4 of these that i have had running for 5 years now no problems just have to change the battery's.
I saw several videos showing how to use this camera. yours is best. You covered everything. Thanks for your time you put into this.
Iβve had one of these models for about a year. The power switch is broken now. I recommend spending a little more money and getting a better one. The picture quality isnβt great either, especially at night. My Bushnell cameras are much better.
Is this cam still working for you after 1 year?
Awesome review keep doing these
does it do sound?
Wow! This is a great instructional video for your new Tasco camera…you explain it well. Works well, too. Better, as you said, when you become more familiar. My Son saw many of these cameras attached to trees all over an area in a nearby forest when I brought him there to explore wildlife a few years back when he was a child.
The animals wasted no time woofing that maple syrup down! π
I hope to see many more of your 'nighttime' videos! Who knows what may show up in them – a deer; a bear; a coy dog (coyote); a fox; a homeless person; etc. π Thank you for posting! π
