What if it does not work? Cannot open the small box and does not show the camera at all?

Just got mine today. Why didn't you guys complain to the manufacturer that the connector is too short. Most people use phone cases, and the connector to the phone is too short. I have to remove the case to use it. If you guys complained this to the manufacturer I believe today I will get an improved version.

Be nice if it had a wifi connection so you could power it from a drone

Beware, got the thermal compact, did not want to work with 5 different Android phones, finally a cheap 29 dollar Moto G phone from dollar store worked, beware support is terrible, my main phone is Galaxy s 7 running Android 8, the Moto G I got it to finally work with is running 7.1.1 not sure why this product has so much trouble working software wise, my s7 doesn't even recognize the device is plugged in, not sure about apple

The SEEK Thermal Compact is a great deal on a great thermal imaging camera….but it's delicate. Worried about dropping and damaging your SEEK Thermal Compact Camera? We have an "App" for that.

Can you review the Flir One? It's their main competitor in smartphone thermal imaging market

Nice review…… Its a good product…. But since I dont own a smartphone I cant buy it…. If i have to buy both smartphone & the seek the price would be 500$….. For the people who already own a smartphone it will be a good add-on…… USB type -C will be better for Seek….
