    Had a fairly short commercial career in the USA with just a few of his songs actually making the billboard top 100, and was more popular in Europe, pretty much echoed by Gene Vincent and Buddy Holly.
    The Americans seemed to quickly tire, of acts, I guess they had so many new ones popping up all the time the competition was stiff.
