Has there been any connection problems with the Eufycams? I would prefer the wired over wireless if there are any problems with the connection between the cameras and the hub.

If I am willing to pay the price, which camera do you think are the very best, and are not data hooks for the Chinese?

To go with your video on load up times, you should do a video on the time lag on alert versus when the motion actually occurred. Those two go hand in hand.

The problem with motion detection is that it will record EVERYTHING that moves. Every tree and even its shadow that sways from wind, every bug and bird that comes by your camera and every car and person passes by. I realized the best option is to get a wired camera system that records to a storage drive in your house constantly (get enough storage to record all your cameras for at least a week). This way, when something bad happens you're able to retrieve that video. What will end up happening is that you'll get too many alerts of motion so then you'll turn off the alerts, then you'll realize all those motions are eating up the batteries really fast so then you'll put on a schedule to only record motion during the night and not alert you. Then if something happens during the day you won't have any footage. I've gone through Argo, Blink, and Ring and they are all crap! Spend the extra money, get a wired system that records to a DVR or PC that's hidden somewhere in your house (don't put it in your attic cause it gets too cold or too hot up there) with a few Terrabyte hard drives because I promise you that it's worth it in the long run. Hope that helps.

I’ve been watching a lot of your videos but I’m still not clear if the camera/base siren is activated by motion or manually?

Rapid ring app….what a gimmick. Are you serious? How is the "clip" recording? I hear that once motion is detected sometimes the event you want to capture is missed. That to me is way more important than a rapid ring.

I appreciate your knowledge of the various security systems because I need some real deal advice. I am a renter and I have always worried about maintenance entering apartments without permission. Since Covid -19 I have had an uncomfortable encounter with an unlawful entry from maintenance claiming he entered my apartment to repair the leak of my air conditioner, he stated the leak started from outside. I don’t want an obvious piece of equipment, and the options online are overwhelming, please recommend one of your tested products.

Is there a way to become a tester for cameras companies. I work in retail and use CCTV cameras all the time to catch shoplifters. Would love to get involved in testing out cameras. I have alot of people always asking me what kind of cameras to buy and install for their homes. ??

I really could use your help. What cameras could I use that are hardwired and are vandalism proof with decent price ???? Also, if you would put outdoor cameras inside the window looking outside with floodlights on needing to record distant trespassers. What would you recommend for me Sir ??? Thanks VF
