$2,000.00 paper weight and this is their equipment that can't be used anywhere else on any other system and won't work just like mine didn't and cost me $2,500.00 in damages from someone shooting out my $85,000.00 Mercedes Benz windows with his high powered BB Gun in full view of my VIVINT Camera. VIVINT won't give me all the money I've spent on a system that didn't work for me and hasn't work for others check out the Better Business Bureau. DON"T GET This System if you have and have same problems lets do something about it lets get a class action lawsuit against VIVINT going to stop this nonsense. I've sent in proof to VIVINT showing my neighbors camera caught the guy shooting out my window in plain view of my very expensive VIVINT Camera. VIVINT said, "I'm sorry but we can't stand behind our Camera's, but we can offer you a free upgrade". What, free upgrade I've been paying on a system for two years that don't work false sense of security costing my family $89.00 per month for the past two years. There going to throw in free upgrades are you kidding me, right? No, come get your system out of my house it don't work period never did so no I'm not canceling my service I never had your service.
They refused to come and get there equipment. Now I'm going public with it, in search for a good lawyer who might take up a class action lawsuit against VIVINT. Have the same problem, but this person has way more has more patients then I do. Cost me $2,500.00 damages done to my vesicle to a system that don't work.
I'm asking for anyone with the same problems and don't trust VIVINT! My expensive camera's from VIVINT didn't pick up someone vandalizing my Mercedes Benz several times but my neighbors across the street capture it showing the person was less than 10 feet away shooting out my windows right in front of my VIVINT camera. I showed this t Vivint and the police but they refuse to give me credit for a system that I thought was protecting me and my family for last two years. They refuse to come and pickup their system which didn't work and they demanded that we cancel. I repeatedly asked them would you pay for something that don't work or continually don't work? To make this right pay for the damages done to my Mercedes Benz or give me all the money I've paid into this system thus far. They refused, and stated we can install new updated equipment free of charge, but they should be offering this to everyone right now to save face cause this will happen to everyone who has this system. So i save them a possible lawsuits in the future only to be punished. They offered was an insult to injury with possible upgrading a system I can't trust anymore and they will not backup there equipment or stand behind there expensive system. Why should you then? They just told me we will not stand behind our equipment so you want me to take a free upgrade knowing you will not stand behind your equipment? Are you kidding me, anyone else think this is funny?
Lets see, I can get a Lorex 4K 8mp with 30fps capability system with 8 cameras for around 1K. Why would anyone pay 500 for just one camera?
